We had the entire the heat pump system installed by ComfortWorks and the entire crew under Lou are very professional. They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. Extra kudos go to Mason and Jared for being so nice and so courteous. The system works well as cooling and we are anticipating a warm and cozy winter from the system. 10/15/2025 : Now that the weather is cooler, it's time to let everyone know that we are EXTREMELY happy with the heat the system provides. We have a separate unit installed in the bedroom and we are very impressed with the level of noise ( or to be exact the lack of noise) when it runs. SEARCH NO MORE!! Comfort Works is the HVAC contractor for you! Finally a company that truly knows their stuff! We have an older home, which required us to go with the Mitsubishi ductless system. What a wonderful system we have three zones one living room one in the dining room and one in the basement. Thank God comfort works recommended a unit in the basement. What a difference. We couldn’t be more pleased. Jared was a whiz at knowing the Mitsubishi equipment inside and out! He answered all our questions and more. After researching and getting quotes from a few companies, I found Comfortworks. I read the reviews and decided to give them shot. I was very impressed on the response, and I met Lou Denny the next night when he showed up to give me a quote. I loved that the owner of the company was here to give me a quote and I loved his story and the fact Comfortworks wasn't owned by a big corporation. Also, his company is locally based out of Berlin, NJ. That checked a lot of boxes for me. After discussing my needs, Lou pointed me to a system and gave me a very competive price quote. So I pulled the trigger. The guys who did the install were all great also! They really gave it 110% and some of his guys were here until after 8PM on one Friday. Then they came back on Saturday and got us up and running so we didn't have to wait until Monday to finish the install and get relief from the heat. The installation turned out amazing! My wife and I are extremely happy with everything and we love the Mitsubishi mini splits we have now. We look forward to working with Lou and Comfortworks in the future. We highly recommend them! When our AC stopped working, I asked my neighbors for a recommendation. I got 10 responses, but the neighbor who recommended Comfortworks said "Just really liked him. he came right out at like 8 at night." Lou came to our house the morning after I called. He followed up by sending a specialist. This specialist had the right tools and knowledge to isolate the problem to a failing blower motor. This blower was a unique model, and Lou worked his magic to locate one. His team came out to replace the blower - it was 133 in our attic where our AC heat exchanger is located. (Yes, they brought a portable fan - but it was still dang hot!) Within 2 hours, I had AC again! It's worth noting that Lou knew that I have a second AC system that - with some fans - kept most of the house cool enough to be comfortable. We both agreed that this somewhat relieved the urgency of fixing my secondary unit. I highly recommend this firm! Read Less

We are very pleased with the work that Comfortworks Cooling and Heating did in installing our mini splits. They were not daunted by the complexity of our job, and kept us informed as they tackled the best way to install them in our home. They cleaned up after themselves nicely, and stayed beyond hours to get the job done. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. You can tell they know what they are doing.
